TULSA, Oklahoma - East and westbound traffic on I-44 near the Broken Arrow Expressway will see lane closures in the coming months for a bridge rehabilitation project. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation estimates the project will take five months.
On Monday, crews will narrow I-44 between the Broken Arrow Expressway and 41st and Sheridan into one lane so they can start setting up traffic control for the project. ODOT anticipates keeping two lanes once crews get underway.
