October 8, 2021 MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — The Oklahoma Department of Transportation's updated eight-year plan includes several ongoing projects. One involves a major bypass in Marshall County. The new $48 million road will start at the intersection of U.S. 70 and U.S. 177 on the north side of Madill and will loop around the city's east side, curving south, and rejoining U.S. 70 south of Archard Road.
