BRISTOW, Okla. — A much-needed sidewalk is now possible for the City of Bristow after they were awarded a more than $300,000 grant from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT).
FOX23 spoke with Bristow Mayor Kris Wyatt who said this isn’t her first time trying to get this grant, but she’s grateful to the citizens for all their participation.
FOX23 told you in April when the citizens of Bristow joined Wyatt for a walkability test in a part of town the City said was in need of a mile-long sidewalk.
