TULSA, Okla. — The intersection at 27th and Harvard changed to an all-way stop while crews worked on storm drain maintenance.
Business owners near that work say they've seen a busier rush hour and expect that to continue for the next several days.
"It just seems a little more difficult to get around," said Jacob Byrne.
Jacob Byrne is the manager at Trenchers. He said it's a busy area that's only gotten busier.
"They have had a great influx in traffic buildup," said Byrne. It's definitely bumper-to-bumper. We've had people taking alternate ways or going out through the neighborhood instead because it's so backed up."
The city temporarily turned off the traffic lights and put out an all-way stop to perform routine maintenance on the storm drains.
