Oklahoma City’s skyline is poised for a historic transformation with the announcement of construction plans for the Boardwalk at Bricktown development, featuring the ambitious 1,907-foot Legends Tower. Developer Scot Matteson has confirmed that groundbreaking for the mixed-use project will commence in the first quarter of 2025, marking a pivotal moment for the city’s architectural and economic future.

Bricktown is on the verge of a groundbreaking evolution. The Boardwalk at Bricktown, a mixed-use development spanning over three acres, will feature residential, retail, hospitality, and entertainment spaces designed to elevate the district’s status as a hub for tourism and commerce.

At the heart of this project is Legends Tower, a proposed 1,907-foot skyscraper that will not only redefine the city’s skyline but could also claim the title of the tallest building in the United States. The tower’s projected height is double that of Oklahoma City’s current architectural icon, the Devon Energy Center.
