Portion of Phillips to be closed for waterline work

A portion of the road is now closed to through traffic on West Phillips from Oakwood to Cleveland to allow construction of a new waterline.

According to the city of Enid, the work is in support of the Kaw Lake Program. Work is expected to be completed in about three weeks.

City officials encourage motorists to follow traffic control signs and to drive with caution.
